This could be anything from your average day-to-day first world problem to a huge disaster. Timmy was furious at the singer because his concert had distracted his parents from his birthday. To get revenge, Timmy wished that something bad would happen to Chip. As a result Chip then crashed into a tree, that appeared while he was driving to the concert.

They wear cool or crazy outfits and have iconic laughs. Maybe they even wear capes and have a lackey. What villains eat is not safe from these expectations. I always thought Vicky would be into super spicy food and hate sweets, but it turns out her favourite flavour is vanilla.

For a weapon-wielding psycho, this was unexpected. Looking at her attitude towards Timmy, you would think that Vicky hated kids. If you're a bad babysitter, it would make sense that you think all kids are twerps no matter how old they are. According to Vicky, smiling babies get a pass. It's so freaky to see her not hate a child on sight.

Does this mean that it is just Timmy that she hates? Bad people may hate good, but they do love something. Maybe it is money, fame, or revenge. Then there's the trope of a villain stroking a cat menacingly.

Vicky takes this a slightly different direction. She hates Timmy, but she adores her pets and will take really good care of them. Apparently, Vicky draws the line at harming animals - that's one thing, I guess. It's good to know the Vicky has her limits. When Vicky was first introduced, she was definitely a bad person. She was just a mean teenager who went to school and did homework like everyone else.

Over the course of the show, however, this changed dramatically. Vicky went from a slightly-overexaggerated mean girl to a sadistic psycho who tried to seriously harm Timmy with various weapons like chainsaws, axes, and whips. She is always there and Timmy can rarely get away from her - how is she not in jail?

You would think that if you are mean and in a bad organization that you're in it for life. Unless you cease to exist or become good in a redemption arc you are pretty set for life. Vicky once again defies this logic and managed to get kicked out of not one but two evil organizations. Vicky was kicked out of B. She was kicked out of L. Vicky cannot catch a break, apparently. From the very beginning, Vicky calling Timmy 'twerp' has been a staple of the series. It's not as mean as cussing him out but is mean enough that it must hurt to hear.

However, Vicky never uses Timmy's actual name in the show. This is crazy as the show ran for sixteen years - surely she should have used his name at least once in all that time. They saw each other almost every day, how could she not use it? Remember how I mentioned that there were interesting reveals in the Snow Bound episode? One of those reveals was a story from Vicky's childhood. He was even meaner than Vicky, and they both took joy in tormenting Timmy together.

Ricky didn't seem to really like Vicky back and constantly stole from her. Eventually, Timmy splits them apart by tricking Ricky into marrying Mr. Crocker's mother. Once again, Vicky was left heartbroken because of Timmy, although this time she takes out her frustrations on him. Vicky does not seem to have many if any, friends in her age group. At a social gathering, she spilled a drink on one of her classmate's dress simply because they looked better.

She hints at not having friends through suspicious denial several times in the series, and when her fellow babysitters threw her out of their group she admitted they were the only friends she had prior to being kicked out. The babysitters all seemed to be younger than her, too. Despite being her only friends, she still torments them for her dirty work and forces herself as the leader of her group after she is brought back in.
