The keyboard is easy to get used to and feels good. It's touchscreen is reasonably responsive and easy to control, and the picture viewer is very neat, and the camera is very good. There's little hassle in using this phone. There are a couple of issues I have with it: When I write out a text, but decide not to send the text and clear the text, it still asks if I want to save it as a draft.

If i'm texting one person a lot, or if i'm texting multiple people at once, it can get irritati ng. Also-if you have unlock set to all keys, it's real easy to accidentally dial people. And even with unlock set to "lock key only", it still happens from time to time. The picture viewer can also be a hassle when trying to zoom in on pictures. The camera also doesn't have flash. The phone overall is very good value, and it's hard to see the average person having a problem with it.
