Where is mop black market

In Mists of Pandaria, Blizzard have added a Black Market Auction House to the game, in order to purchase items that are otherwise hard to get or no longer available by normal methods in game. Where in the game world is the Black Market Auction House located, is it faction specific, and are there any requirements in order to be able to use it?

The best answers are voted up and rise to the top. I'm sort of torn on this one. I've built up my collection over the years and to see someone just buy the very item me and probably many others have spent months or even years farming is kinda annoying. Makes me wish I had spent that time farming money instead. Ya know? And the items that haven't been removed are still available for farming as well.

Instead of buying items from other players like the regular Auction House , items on the Black Market are generated and listed by NPCs. The items are listed for one day only. The items for sale vary from items that were made unobtainable, to rare drops and TCG items. All items are listed infrequently, so it should not be seen as a reliable way to farm rarities.

Bidding works like the regular Auction House. There is no buyout price. The sky or the gold cap is the limit when competing with other players for the final bid.
