Why do ghosts hate nick groff
Everyone goes home shaken. Amico said the shows are misleading at best, fake at worst. Jay Yates, who with his wife Marie, have been featured on several TV and radio shows dedicated to paranormal investigations, said that in some cases cameras are set up weeks before the ghost hunters themselves arrive. Amico also takes issue with the way hunters interpret those static-filled electronic voice phenomena EVP recordings.
Viewers are familiar with the setup. Since ghosts have no vocal cords, they use their energy to electrically manipulate sound that can be picked up by EVP recorders, paranormal investigators say. Zaffis says he's been attacked. I've seen people levitate.
I've seen people's eyes change, and I've seen people thrown around," he says. Noah Voss, a paranormal investigator for 25 years who sells ghost-hunting equipment at GetGhostGear. People share experiences with him that they don't even reveal to their spouses. But Voss and others say those moments of terror are not routine. Some compare it to fishing: There's a lot of preparation, but nothing usually happens. It's not like TV, where a ghost appears in every episode.
Some of the newer ghost-hunting groups aren't prepared for the mundane nature of actual paranormal investigations and worry that they might miss out on their big chance, Voss says. Some inexperienced teams give new meaning to taking their work home with them, says "Uninvited" author LaChance. It was crazy. LaChance wishes he did not believe in the paranormal. He investigated one case involving a couple's pound pit bull. The couple had treated their dog like it was their child.
But when he showed up, the dog was inside its cage, dead. Blood was everywhere. He says an entity had thrown the dog, cage and all, down the hall and killed it.
Like some other paranormal investigators, LaChance talks about his work like it's a ministry. Many ghost-hunting teams don't charge for investigations. They see their work as a way to help people in distress. Zak Bagans meets a ghos t. As Bagans stands in a darkened bedroom, he learns from the inn's owner that her mother recently died in the same room only months earlier. The owner, Jo Ann Rivera, asks Bagans to summon her mother's spirit and ask her to say something that would establish her identity.
Nothing happens at first. As he stands in the deserted bedroom, Bagans tosses questions aloud at Rivera's mother while holding a recording device. Bagans then jumps because he says he feels something enter the room. He rewinds his electronic device and pushes the play button.
The TV camera's microphone picks up the faint voice of an elderly woman saying an odd word: "Bossier. Rivera is stunned. Her eyes widen, and she starts to cry. Bossier is Bossier City, Louisiana. Nobody knows that word except for me. Rivera's voice cracks, and she wipes tears away.
Later, Bagans says cases like these are why he became a paranormal investigator. However, the other lead investigator Nick Groff has become the talk on social media with fans questioning as to is Nick Groff back on Ghost Adventures. For the ones who are unaware, Nick Groff was a co-investigator, executive producer, editor and cameraman on Ghost Adventures from the 1st to 10th season.
Harden's 37 points lead Rockets over Knicks Many reports were speculating that Nick Groff decided to quit working for the Travel Channel program and then got along to be a part of other paranormal projects. But other reports are suggesting that Nick Groff left the much-anticipated show to lead his production in the industry.
Altuve booed, nicked by a pitch in spring debut for Astros. However, there were many reports also saying that Nick Groff left the show as Zak's persona changed drastically from early seasons as the show progressed. It's shot mainly in night vision purposely so that you can't actually see well. When they start acting like "they're scared" it's guaranteed to be in night vision and to have a camera bouncing around to ensure that you can't see that nothing is in fact there.
There are much better shows and documentaries out there than this garbage. What crap Another example of the "dumbing" down of America. This silly program, like all the rest of this genre that clogs the television networks today, is patently ridiculous. It presents itself as a series of real events. Real knocks, bangs, sounds, voices, messages, goosebumps and cold spots all caused by "spiritual entities". It's all shown with "scientific"panache.
They use tiny recorders and a plethora of other "machines" that are presented as capturing the existence of "real" spirits of dead people.
What "real" B. Any contemporary person with a modicum of intelligence and education should look at such superstitious clap trap with a wary eye. I would really enjoy these programs as they are generally peopled with interesting actor types who are somehow connected to the "spirits" they are trying to communicate with. In the case of PL the 2 "professional" spook seekers come with extensive resumes of successful "ghost hunting" These shows are surprisingly well made with resonably interesting camera work and appropriately spooky music.
I say enjoy Pararnormal Lockdown for what it is Have a good time. A fabulously unique take on ghost hunting which is so refreshing.
Half the show isn't eaten up by pointless interviews, or demons or ego trips, or "possessions". Nick and Katrina do what any decent ghost hunters should do, and go far and wide for their hunts.
I was gob-smacked when they investigated the Black Monk house. GA is only still popular because of Zaks following of girls and guys that find him attractive. Congrats Nick and Katrina, this show is great.
All-in-all,I am glad that Nick is doing this show. I've seen every "paranormal" show there is, some are better than others, for example: "Ghost Hunters" used to be the best, while anything with Zak Bagans is the worst.
But, this show has two, very likable and believable hosts, scary settings, depend mostly upon EVPs and "things that go bump in the night. I'd really like to know what the title song is and who does it. I used to love GA but Zak became so annoying to watch!! They have a genuine passion for the paranormal and you can tell they do this for the fans and because it's something they really believe in!!
Well done Nick for walking away and starting your own show. I love Nick, I think he's a fearless paranormal investigator who knows what he's talking about when it comes to the paranormal.
I really loved the show because nick and Katrina would live and sleep in the location, something never done before. They really need to bring this series back. It was absolutely amazing. And so spot on. And nick is a great investigator. As well as Katrina they work so well together.
Maybe someone will see this and vote to have it back on the air! Easily one of the best paranormal shows on TV. I got to meet nick at one of his visits to Ashmore Estates and he was the sweetest person you could ever meet. I'm really upset that Nick got booted off of the show for Jack osborne. Excited to see what Nick does next. We love you groff! WatcherontheMount 23 April I just finished watching the sixth episode of this show. And I think they've got something good going here.
In the fifth episode Nick was really startled by his stay in Hindsdale House. You could just see it by watching his eyes.
